At BloggerPlan, we strive to provide the best possible service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Subscription Refunds
- Refunds for subscription plans (Basic, Professional) are available within 14 days of the initial purchase
- To qualify for a refund, you must not have used more than 5 AI generations after the purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Partial refunds are not available for subscription plans
3. Generation Pack Refunds
- One-time generation pack purchases (+15, +50, +100 ideas) are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase
- To qualify, the purchased generations must be completely unused
- Once any generations from the pack have been used, refunds are not available
4. How to Request a Refund

- Include the transaction ID or date of purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
5. Processing Time
- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider
6. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds are given for unused time in the billing period
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.
- Paddle is a certified payment provider with PCI DSS compliance
- We never store your credit card information
- Paddle manages all tax obligations in applicable jurisdictions
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after the eligible period
- The purchased services have been substantially used
- The account has been banned for violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity is detected
