Service — the BloggerPlan web application available at bloggerplan.com.

User — an individual using the Service.

Content — ideas, notes, texts created by the User in the Service.

2. Subject of Agreement

This Agreement (Public Offer) governs the relationship between the Service Provider and the User regarding the use of Service features, including content idea generation, publication planning, and other capabilities.

By registering an account or using the Service, you accept the terms of this offer.

3. Services and Pricing

The Service provides:

• AI-powered content idea generation
• Content calendar and publication planning
• Knowledge base for content materials
• Idea organization with folders and tags

4. Registration and Account

• Registration is required to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• One person may have only one account
• Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited

5. Payment Methods and Processing

• The Service offers free and paid plans
• Payments are processed securely through Paddle
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other methods supported by Paddle
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless specified
• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency on the pricing page

6. Service Delivery

Access to paid features is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation. The Service is available worldwide via internet connection.

• Subscription refunds are available within 14 days of payment
• Generation pack refunds are available within 7 days if unused

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Paddle

8. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate content ideas, descriptions, and images. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for inspiration and assistance purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content
• When publishing AI-generated images, you should disclose that they were created using AI
• We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content

9. Intellectual Property

The BloggerPlan platform, including its design, source code, functionality, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vladislav Evgenievich Letov. All rights reserved.

Content created by the User using AI generation belongs to the User and may be used at their discretion, subject to applicable laws.

10. Usage Restrictions

Prohibited actions:

• Disrupting Service operation
• Using the Service for illegal activities
• Creating content that violates applicable laws
• Automating access to the Service without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted Service operation
• Quality and usefulness of AI generation
• Data preservation in case of technical failures

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. We will notify Users of changes through the Service or via email.
